
How do you grow an open heart especially when you’re not feeling open?
Enlarging the heart with greater kindness, love, and compassion is a practice. During this year’s Opening Heart Mindfulness Community Annual Spring Retreat on April 1st from 9:00 to 4:30 pm Eastern Time you’ll learn practices to move through life with greater kindness for yourself, forming the foundation for loving, caring, and understanding others.
You’ll explore how to speak kindly to yourself, to hold yourself with care and love not necessarily because you feel kind but because you deserve your own kindness and affection.
The retreat seeks a balance of attendees that includes 30% or more Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to provide a more inclusive sangha space. The sliding scale fee is from $0 – $85.
