This August, I invite you to join me for an online gathering exploring the practice of deep listening through Buddhist and Quaker traditions. In a world shaped by urgency and constant distraction, many of us long for spaces where we can slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

Drawing from more than three decades of contemplative practice, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore listening as a spiritual practice rooted in presence, reflection, and discernment. Together, we will engage guided meditation, shared silence, contemplative questioning, and mindful reflection that invite us to listen beneath habitual thought and allow deeper wisdom to emerge in its own time.

The program includes guided meditation, contemplative inquiry, personal reflection, shared silence, and large-group teaching and discussion.

Open to practitioners at all levels. No prior experience with Buddhist or Quaker practice is required.

Note: This program will be recorded. The recording will be sent to all registrants after the program, so please feel free to sign up even if you cannot join in real time.

If you are able, registering at the “Supporter” level enables others to attend at the “Subsidized” level. Thank you for your generosity. Please note that the registration price includes a base level of teacher support, and you will have the opportunity to donate more after the program.
