Transformation is at the heart of how we learn to meet ourselves and one another with care. In this online offering, I invite you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the values that shape compassionate action in uncertain and tangled times.

Drawing on contemplative practice and lived experience, I explore transformation as a relational and embodied process. Together, we will reflect on what defines our moral worth and how qualities such as inclusion, belonging, dignity, justice, and courage are expressed through the everyday choices we make.

The program is offered freely in the spirit of generosity, with donations welcomed to support this work. A recording will be available to registered participants following the session.

This is an invitation to listen deeply and consider how inner transformation supports compassionate action in the world. What becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be shaped by what we truly value? How might that shaping guide the way we care for one another?
