Mindfulness: as ‘Good Medicine’ in the Age of Global Pandemic

March 20, 2020

The alarming spread of COVID-19 in the world and in local communities has up-ended daily routines, with mind-racing fear and anxiety.  Social distancing, while a critical response to slow or halt the virus, may have you perplexed about how to stay safe and well, and continue your own growth and learning.

This isn’t the time for epic re-invention of your life. It is a time to harness the abundance of online offerings that can help support greater, clarity, calm, and resilience.

Join an online mindfulness retreat or training.  Start online leadership coaching to meet your goals. Connect with an online community.

Here are a few offerings.

Join me for ‘Braver Things’: Training the Heart for Greater Clarity, Resilience, and Joy, an online retreat April 4th at 9:00 to 4:30 pm and savor a full day of mindfulness from the comfort of your own home. Practice mindfulness in life’s daily actives, like sitting, walking, eating, speaking and listening, resting, and more.

Join online ‘Meeting for Worship’ at Pendle Hill, a Quaker Retreat & Conference Center.

Join Us Online for Worship in the Barn

Whether you are a Quaker or want a quiet space to be with a supportive and caring community, join this time of silence and connection daily at 8:30-9:10 am Eastern Time.

Together and with mindfulness as ‘good medicine’, we can support ourselves and each other.
